Rooted in Presence. Guided by Touch. Inspired by You.
Welcome to the healing practice of Sarah Kathryn Reynolds, where massage, bodywork, and aquatic therapies meet to support genuine healing and whole-body balance.
Whether you're seeking physical relief, emotional reset, or a space to reconnect with yourself, you are warmly invited to experience Sarah’s wise, compassionate, and loving hands.

About me
My name is Sarah Kathryn Reynolds, and I’m a RAB, massage and aquatic bodywork practitioner..
At heart I am a mystic seeker weaving together elements from diverse teachers, healing modalities, personal intuition, scientific research and lived experience to form unique, evolving therapeutic hands-on techniques. You will feel a difference.
I am forever drawn to what's real, what resonates, and what brings us into deeper connection with life, presence, and purpose. Furthermore, each session is shaped by a deep respect for you - your experiences, wisdom and capacity to heal.

As a teenager I was attracted to alternative therapies when conventional asthma treatments, while life-saving, no longer worked towards helping me "grow out of it." It has been a remarkable journey full of successes, mishaps, strange detours, and solutions that work.
Over the past 30 years, I’ve supported clients through a blend of therapeutic touch, somatic awareness, and intrinsic movement. Whether we’re working together on the massage table or in warm water, I am naturally curious and I greet each session as a unique opportunity to listen—both to your body and to what lies beneath the surface.
My training includes a wide range of modalities, including Esalen massage, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Bindevævsterapi, Fascial Fitness, prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, zone therapy and aquatic practices like Watsu® and Healing Dance®.
I’m especially drawn to the way water invites us into deeper states of trust, surrender, and nervous system restoration.
My intention is always to create a space where you feel supported, safe, and seen—whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, navigating life transitions, or simply needing to reconnect with yourself.
This work is not just what I do—it’s a gift I am delighted to share. And it’s my honor to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
