Clear Direction
When other care has run out of answers, what then?
I offer health guidance that combines current scientific fascial research, 30 years of clinical experience as a myofascial specialist and determination to find the way to balance.

Health dilemmas
Maybe it’s pain no one can explain. Maybe it’s an illness that never seems to settle, or a long recovery after surgery or cancer treatment that is 'supposed' to have healed by now. You’ve been tested, referred and reassured, and you’re still missing answers.
Many people come to me at exactly this point. They don’t need another opinion. They need a plan, someone who takes the whole picture seriously, and someone who will still be available when things change and there's no clear direction.
This is for you if you live with
- chronic or unexplained pain
- an autoimmune or other chronic illness
- a long road back after surgery or cancer
- overwhelm due to health complications

Why 'fascia' focused?
What is fascia?
Fascia is the connective tissue that exists through your whole body. It wraps every muscle, nerve, blood vessel and organ, and it weaves them together. You can think of it as one continuous web, rather than a set of separate parts.
Healthy fascia is supple and slides easily. It’s also full of sensory nerve endings, which means it’s one of the ways your body feels and senses itself.
Why consider it for your health?
Fascia responds to how you live: how you move, how much you sit, how you sleep, how stressed you are, and what you’ve been through, including injury, surgery and illness. When it gets stiff, thickened or stuck, it can contribute to pain and restriction, sometimes far from the place that hurts. That’s one reason pain can be hard to pin down, and why a scan can look “fine” while you don’t feel fine.
Fascia research is still young, and I follow it closely, as I have since 1999. It doesn’t explain everything, and I don’t claim it does. Looking at the whole web, rather than one sore spot, often shows what’s been overlooked and gives us something practical to work with.
How it works
1
ORIENTATION
A free 20 minute phone or zoom introduction in which we discover if we are a good match. Bring your questions and concerns. You can schedule our call online, or just call and we'll find the right time.
2
MAPPING
One-time consultation: health history, movement assessment, understanding the whole, and a written map with the first practical steps. A clear beginning and end. You decide whether to continue.
3
GUIDED PATH
Twelve weeks, six planned sessions, and a check-in every week. Each session has a clear purpose and builds on the last - as do the check ins. You always know where you are in the process and what comes next. When needed, I introduce new tools, new perspectives, movements etc…This is where my science based curiosities and creative spirit can really work in your favor.
4
continued support
A lighter rhythm after the 12 week program: a monthly session or a once in awhile check in when its time to dig deeper or move on to the next step.

Seeking solutions
At the heart of this work is my determination to keep looking for what helps when you’ve met dead ends and unsatisfying answers, and everything else has been tried.
You don’t have to face it alone or with people who don't really get it. I listen, I understand, and I bring compassion to every step.
This works alongside your medical care, not instead of it. Diagnoses and promises of a cure are far from my expertise. I simply provide a clearer way forward as an experienced, compassionate guide.
The healing arts are my field and where my personal and professional experience spring from. Together we can create a clear direction toward feeling better and enjoying life again.
